Every client with visits, preferences, tags and clinical or service notes. The AI remembers them when they write again.
Channels with AI
WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and your link, handled by the same assistant. It answers questions, books, reschedules and reminds.
Finances
Income counts itself with every appointment. Expenses, recurring expenses, commissions per professional and the monthly balance.
Reports and surveys
How many appointments happen, which ones are lost, which services sell most. The AI asks for a rating after every visit.

What we chose not to build
Appcitas does not track inventory, is not a point of sale, does not take online payments and does not issue electronic invoices. We left those out on purpose: every extra module is one more screen to learn before the first appointment. What we do, we do completely: answer, book, remind and tell you what you earned, while you keep working.
