By using Appcitas you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
Appcitas is a booking platform that lets your customers schedule appointments through WhatsApp, a shared link, or a voice call, with responses generated by artificial intelligence.
These terms govern your use of the platform as an account holder (business) and your authorized users.
2. Account and responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You are responsible for the booking, service, and pricing information you configure on the platform.
3. Subscription and payments
- Some plans are free; others require a monthly subscription.
- Payments are processed by third parties (Stripe, Mercado Pago, PayU) depending on your country.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Appcitas to send spam, share illegal content, impersonate others, or violate WhatsApp Business terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Appcitas software, brand, and design are owned by Appcitas and its licensors. You retain ownership of your content (customers, bookings, configuration).
6. Limitation of liability
Appcitas is provided "as is." We are not liable for AI errors, decisions made based on AI responses, or indirect losses arising from use of the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email about material changes at least 30 days in advance.
