Deposits on your Zelle or Cash App, no commission, no chasing
You already ask for a deposit by DM. Appcitas automates the asking, the hold and the release. With deposits on, a client who books holds the slot for a couple of hours and pays you directly on Zelle, Cash App, Venmo or whatever you set up. Appcitas never touches that money and takes no commission on it. Set a fixed amount or a percentage, and ask for it only above a price you pick, for instance on full acrylic sets with art.
Each booking gets a short reference code for the payment note. The client sends a photo of the receipt on your booking page or in the chat, the AI gives you a signal ("looks right" or "check it"), and you tap "Received" or "Did not arrive". If the payment is never reported, the slot is released on its own. If you mark "Did not arrive", that number cannot book online with you again, and regulars can be exempt. Verifying payments and refunds stay your call.
Fixed times per day: three clients on Saturday, at exact times
Each weekday can have its own hours, and you can also offer only exact start times, for example Saturday 8:30, 1:00 and 5:30. A tech who takes just three clients on Saturday stops fielding "do you have 2ish?" with no good answer.
Every service has its own length: gel is not acrylics with nail art, and the calendar only offers times that end before you close, with no overlaps.
Your Instagram bio, working for you
Put your booking link in your bio or stories: the client picks a service and time and leaves her name and WhatsApp number, with no account. How do I take a deposit with no commission?
You turn it on in Starter. The client pays you directly on Zelle, Cash App, Venmo or another method you set up, and Appcitas never touches that money or takes a commission. You confirm that it arrived; verification and refunds are yours.
Who checks that the transfer really arrived?
You do, in your own account or banking app. The client sends a photo, the AI only gives an indicative signal, and you tap "Received" or "Did not arrive".
Can I limit how many clients I take on a day?
