The client pays your own account directly, with whatever you set up: Zelle, Cash App, Venmo or a payment link. Appcitas never touches that money and takes no commission on it. Does Appcitas collect the deposit for me?

Who confirms that a treatment deposit arrived?
You do. The AI only gives an indicative signal on the receipt, and "Received" or "Did not arrive" is your button, before the client walks into the treatment room.
Can the AI explain my treatments?

Can I use my logo and brand colors?

What if I have several rooms or therapists?

How does it cut no-shows?
With a WhatsApp reminder the day before, sent once per appointment, and a deposit where you turn it on. The client can reply to the reminder to confirm, change or cancel.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Appcitas runs in the cloud and your customers book on the WhatsApp they already use or through your link. Nothing to download on either side.
